Job Description:

Area Operations and Service Head of a branch is responsible for Customer service, process establishment and control governance of the region. Core responsibility of AOSH is to ensure establishment and compliance with the required control and operating procedures in the branches and to monitor behavior and activities utilizing data produced and obtained from branch risk rankings, outliers and branch visits. The Role is designed to ensure that the branches are trained on processes and procedures as laid down and validate adherence to the standards and practices established by the business in daily operations to meet the wider objective of branch governance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review efficacy of Branch processes and implement changes as required, Review of process notes for suitability before implementation
• Identification and effective handling of open risk items .Working with cross functional team to identify non addressed risk, process lapses, productivity wastages and working towards an optimum efficiency level
• Ensure the prescribed service standards are complied with through appropriate staffing plan
• Review and approve exceptional processing for various kinds of transactions processed.
• Work closely with Country Branch Operations Head in achieving the goals related to driving efficiency in execution of branch processes through process streamlining and standardization , repository creation and tracking of key branch operations deliverables
• Train Branch operations teams on processes and controls
• Provide guidance and direction to the BOSH and BM in ensuring compliance with laid down procedures
• Validate Control adherence for the Branches
