Job Description:

The Retail Support Administrator will be working closely with the Buying, Merchandising, Truly Global Retail Team and Customs Team. They will be responsible for primarily raising orders and verifying style data to help us meet our ambitious intake targets as we approach peak season. This role would be ideally suited to someone with some previous administrative experience and strong Excel skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring orders are raised, Options and Purchase Orders are all created in an accurate and timely manner
  • Proactively working towards reducing the amount of errors/issues and ensuring all B&M are fully trained, by overseeing a designated business division area and having regular meetings/training with them
  • Informing the Retail Support Team Leader of any problems with orders received from/raised for the Buying and Merch Teams
  • Providing support to the Retail Support Team Leader as required
  • Having full knowledge of team processes and reporting
  • Establishing and maintaining strong collaborative working relationships with the Buying, Merchandising and TGR teams through consistent communication and sharing of information
